The pain,pressure and popping is likely from a eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD). It will take some time to sort itself out. If it were me I'd give it a couple weeks to see if it starts to improve.

Hi @jjflyman i believe this is indeed the cause (ETD) but I'm scared it's worse like an infection no one is seeing and I'm going to get sick and I'm scared it will go to my brain. I'm just so worried about the pain it seems to radiate all over.
Hi @GregCA yes I was offer tubes but I have an appointment for a second opinion next month and wanted to be 100% before getting the tubes in. I'm just worried the pain is something more than pressure. I'm worried. I could cope with the t if it didn't hurt so much. I hope you are well !
