Medication for Sound Sensitivity Pain

I have yet to be officially diagnosed, but I'm convinced I have mild hyperacusis. Things don't sound louder than normal, but I get a burning/aching sensation in my ears when I hear certain things.

Are there any over the counter pain relievers that would help with the ear pain?

I also don't have an ear infection.

Normal paracetamol should help with pain .
Would see your doctor check your ears out if the pain is daily...lots of love glynis

If it's any consolation it happens to me as well, especially when I'm close to electronic devices.
