Meniere's Expert on the East Coast?

Does anyone know of a doctor who is an expert on Meniere's on the east coast? I really need someone to figure this out for me.

There are no experts for such conditions. What anyone does is speculate and correlate based on your exams and other people's tests, then label you as Meniere's or Labyrinthitis, or diarrhea or whatever.
There is no specific test for Meniere's, a condition proposed to exist in 1861.
There are some definite symptoms that point to that condition but it's basically doctors playing doctors.

Well, I guess what I am really looking for is an ear expert. Someone who is known for figuring out difficult cases. I have more than just tinnitus going on. If anyone knows of someone, I would really appreciate the information.
