I get moments when I feel entirely normal then the ringing comes back. I wish to God it would stop. I was just praising a woman on clean sheets and if her husband appreciated her. I felt for a moment I could be that man. Then, when I stopped to ponder, reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

      I'm fucked. Broken. Cursed.

Does this mean that sometimes you get quiet periods? Have you experienced any fading?

I'm so bombarded with it I can barely tell. I know milk makes it worse. I love milk and drank two full glasses the other day and it made Hell in my head. Refined sugar doesn't do a lot of good either, like cordial. It never stops. I keep a strong face up but secretly I'm fucking dying. I don't know what to do.

Never ever use headphones kids. Not ever. Fuck your neighbours, better to annoy them than have this living Hell.

      Maybe noise?
Annoy them with speakers? Speakers are just as bad if loud enough. It's all just about how loud the sound is and/or how close it is to your ears.

Also, sounds like inflammation could be making your tinnitus go up and down. Maybe try some mullen garlic oil ear drops and curcumin.

Same here! It doesn't make any sense for milk to have that effect, but you can't argue with empirical evidence: every single time I eat dairy products, my T spikes...
