Monster Jam Events — Anyone Been to One? How Loud Is It Really?

Has anybody been to one of the Monster Jam truck events? I'm thinking of going and taking my 3.5 year old, but not sure what the volume is like. How loud is it really?

I would plan for both of us to have on ear muffs, but not sure if it is still considered dangerous even then?

Hello!!

I am a Monster Jams' fan!! I have been going every year for the past 12 years or so. I have brought my girls too.

Here in Montreal, they have it in the Olympic Stadium. I always wear ear muffs and my children too. I have never experienced a spike from it. I also have ear plugs for everyone just in case.

It is a bit loud especially when the trucks do the freestyle and jumps. But it's not ALWAYS too loud.

I've had T for 8 years now.

I think you should just go and enjoy the show. Bring earmuffs (mine are the one that they sell directly on site) and earplugs and you'll be fine.

Do not live in fear Just be careful and everything will be ok!!

 

I remember going to about 5 or 6 when I was growing up, never once wore ear protection. Probably didn't help my situation now lol
