Last weekend I jumped out of my rut and took a coach out to another city. The trip was uneventful but okay and enough to get me out of the house.
Unfortunately, on the way back, the speaker system on the coach malfunctioned. It played a constant series of loud and high-pitched beeping noises. The passengers were furious and demanded this fixed immediately!
Sadly, despite complaining there was nothing the driver could do. Not only were they already driving, but the other coach staff member who wasn't driving could not figure out how to repair the issue. We all just had to tolerate it... for 3 hours.
Luckily for them it ended when they left the coach. I wonder how they'd felt if they had to live with it in real life.
