My Last 14 Days, Tinnitus On and Off

Today tinnitus is OFF. Going backward: 3 days ON, 2 days OFF, 1 day ON, 3 days OFF, 4 days ON.
I don't know why or how.

Hi ,that is the nature of tinnitus so try not focus on it when you have it and if you haven't had it long it could well go away.

Funny how tinnitus works sometimes. Happened to me. My wife wanted me to figure out what I was doing to have lower days. In the end, I never figured it out despite my best efforts. Now I just appreciate it for what it is, a better day.

 

Thanks for the encouragement. I can actually make it go away with a specific morning routine or posture.
I believe that there is a physiological cuase/effect system happening - I am determined to find out what it is.
I have had T for almost 4 years.
