My Left Ear Has Been Playing Up — New High-Pitched Sound

I’ve been living with this condition since 2002. Being an anxious person anyway, it’s been pretty hard to take at times.

My left ear has been giving me a new high pitched sound for the last 6 weeks I’d say. Not sure what made it change as noticeably. Getting older perhaps? My neck and shoulders always tight?

I’m starting a new job today - hopefully my nerves don’t get the better of me.
