My Tinnitus Sucks!

man this f* sucks life sucks so bad right now i cant concentrate cause all i hear is EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE in my ear and my head we only get 1 life to live and we have to live it like this? pretty bullshit

 

hey eric. its tough but take your mind off of it, have the tv on or a fan on and try to concentrate on something else. play a video game, read a book or surf the web with some light background noise it helps take my mind off it. dont concentrate on it. youre going to see a tmj specialist tomm, he may be able to help you.....look forward to that.

 

im hoping all this is from my tmj cause if its not idk what im gonna do its way to loud to even concentrate let alone watch a movie i dont have fun playing video games anymore cause the noise

 

hey Eric.try to hang in there.your only 3 months in. I agree with Rube.just try to stay busy with things that you enjoy.believe me it aint easy .ive been there .just try to stay positive.your T could still go away as fast as it came.when I get down about my T I go to success stories on this site.theres some great things that people have written.

 

I feel you but it seems like there is only one solution. Don't react to it and try to ignore it and hope for the best. With your attitude it might get worse and you don't want that.
