My Tinnitus with Ear Pain

I developed tinnitus seven months ago and I am finding it hard to cope. Depression and Anxiety is killing me. I need help but I don't even know where to start. I have visited ENTs nd I don't think I have the strength anymore. my ear pains like it's burning from the inside nd the noise is like a nightmare I can't help it.
