Began having a swooshing sound in my left ear in December 2016. It started after a feeling of lightheadedness I had for about a week and has now continued for a month. I think it may have something to do with high blood pressure which has led to me having eye hemorrhages. I recently had an eye hemorrhage and have not recovered...my doctor flushed my left ear...did nothing...i will see my doc again soon for next step...

Are you taking anything for high BP? Also, have you seen an eye doctor? It seems you may need to seek the assistance of three specialists to gain some insight: your family doctor, an eye specialist, and of course an ENT. Good luck!

If you have NO it might be good by a BP monitor so you can check your BP in the morning and in the evening eye as usually is measured on a chart for about ten days or longer to see if medication is needed or a life style change like low salt diet etc....lots of love glynis
