I have had tinitus for about 5 years. For many years before maybe a few times a month i would hear a buzzing sound in my left ear. Then one day i heard it and it did not go away, it just stayed, i kind of panicked.
I saw some specialists and some doctors and finally went to a hearing clinic.
When i was younger i had poor hearing in that year, i think it was always that way, no injury i know of.
I have worked in manufacturing for almost 30 years. At first i thought maybe this was the cause, too much noise.
Any ways i am glad i found this site and i like to learn more about this and try to help others who have this as well.
