Hello , new member, long time sufferer.
I have the tone of F#8 in both ears.
4 years in the engine rooms of the US Navy.
30 year career in the ski lift industry.
10 year musician

Welcome! If you don't mind me asking, how do you identify the tone? Is it because you're a musician?

 

Using a tone generator... keep increasing frequency until it goes away then comes back.

Feel better soon, and be sure to protect from additional noise exposure and injury. Sounds like some serious noise exposure, especially in the Navy, and thank you for your service. Hope the T quiets down.
