New to a Chat Room for Tinnitus Problems

Hey I'm Philip and for the past 3 or so years I've had tinnitus, the cause was one night in a very loud club and I'd never heard of filtered or musician ear plugs etc.

Hopefully get some info on flare ups and share our struggles lol.

Welcome to the forum. You obviously suffered acoustic trauma on your club night. You can search the forum with 'acoustic trauma' or 'tinnitus spike' and you should get many threads on them. Better yet, read the success stories where you will read about people's struggles and successes and learn what work for people. Take good care. God bless.
