Hi all, my tinnitus is doing my head in, my father had it and I’m suffering. I stuff toilet roll in my ears for sleeping and have had many friends think I’m ignoring them when actually I never hear what they say.

      Welcome!

Perhaps you could stop sticking stuff in your ears, as you can easily make things worse by damaging your canal or tympanic membrane.

What have you done to diagnose your Tinnitus so far?

You may need to visit ENT doctor.
Either you lose some hearing or your tinnitus is too loud.
