Newb w/ POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) & Pulsatile Tinnitus

I wrote a long, detailed intro, previewed then went "back" & it then it was lost for some reason - I am NOT rewriting it -
Anyone have this condition ?
