Nutrition: cut out caffeine and salt as much as possible.

Masking: there are some apps and youtube videos you can play with headphones that, depending on the frequency of your Tinnitus, should help.

And remember you're not alone in this!!
 
You can also try some natural supplements that might help, such as magnesium, niacin, and NAC. All of these are available at health food or vitamin stores, or online. They may help a little bit with tinnitus, and they will help you feel calmer, especially the magnesium.
