Newbie to Forum, Not to Tinnitus

Hi I'm Dave 41 years old had tinnitus for many years (worked in loud factories and too much loud music when young) tinnitus only started getting louder in 2000 now constant about 11000 hz louder in left than right, only started getting help about 1 year ago now I wear maskers and I am on antidepressants, but sleep still evades me,
occasionally get a quite day something to be thankful for.
