Newbie to the Group

Only about three days ago I started to hear the sound in my right ear like it was a fly buzzing whenever I would swallow. I am concerned about what it is and how to get rid of it. I have a little bit of pain in my ear but ever so slight. Can anyone suggest to me what I should do for this ?

Hello,

if you have pain in your ears, then it might be an ear infection. You can possibly go and see an ENT and have your ears checked out. Ear infections can take quite a while to occur and can take quite a while to heal as well. Tinnitus can occur because of an ear infection. Once the ear heals, your tinnitus could fade or completely go away.

Try to stay calm and relaxed, because stress and anxiety can ramp up your tinnitus and make it possibly louder.
