Not Sure if I Have Tinnitus Just Looking for Input

Can anyone tell me if this sounds like tinnitus?

Clicking in both ears or one or the other, sore eyes, sinuses feel weird like i could sneeze but dont, stiff neck, headache, feel woozy when standing from sitting

I have had ear fullness for years, sometimes ringing sometimes not but way worse symptons in last 4 yrs

It would be only speculation to give you a diagnosis over the Internet. Therefore, my suggestion to you would be to go see an ENT for an evaluation, coupled with a hearing test.

Strictly speaking, Tinnitus is the perception of sound when there is no external stimulus that creates it, so if you can hear something that nobody else can, or when you plug your ears, then you likely have Tinnitus.
It can come in many different "flavors" (including sporadic), but that's the gist of it.

It sounds like a allergy causing you sinus and eye and ear problems with tinnitus or a virus.
I would get your doctor check you out.
Ear problems can make you woozy so get up slow and there are medications to help that your doctor could prescribe for you and hope when the symptoms clear your tinnitus might settle also...lots of love glynis

If you hear a noise when there is no other noise then yes you have tinnitus.

Not sure what you mean by hearing a noise when there is no other noise. Do you mean inside your head?

When you hear a noise in your head or ears and there is no external source for it, it is tinnitus.
