So I carry around and wear ear plugs everyday (as many of us do), but I come to find out that the kind I have could actually be damaging my ears more. I use the rubber plugs with the three separate rings and attached to each other by a string. I have recently read that the suction made by these when you pull them out can damage the bones in your ear. The reason I'm stressed about this is that on more than one occasion I have used them to try and get rid of a blocked feeling I had and pulled them out fast.

I just can't win when it comes to my ears.

My ears always feel irritated and blocked after I wear plugs. I stopped last week and now roll up cotton as tight as I can get it and use that. Prob not enough protection though.
