Amazing that you mention niacin. I have been dabbling with niacin for the past few days, and I feel that it does seem to make a difference. Thought that I was imagining it was beneficial.

I've taken niacin too, some people hate the "flush", but I like it. I didn't notice any changes in tinnitus. It did wonders for my cholesterol though!
