I got these two scans on my outer earlobe as they are not healing.

My doctor gave me this cream but I read neomycin is bad for tinnitus?

      It’s just a cream though.

You're supposed to apply it onto your ear lobe, right?

To be toxic to the cochlea, it would have to travel up your ear lobe into your ear canal. Progress through the ear canal towards the ear drum. Find a hole in your ear drum (is your ear drum perforated?). Then squeeze through that hole into the middle ear. Then cross the middle ear towards the round window or oval window and then permeate through those membranes into the cochlea.

I don't think I'd be too worried about it.
