A while ago I was sitting on the couch and my tinnitus seemed super loud. Then, after I go do something else, I come back after a few mins, and it's barely perceptible. What's up with that?

@tiniturtle, hopefully it means when you put it out of your mind it goes away. Never thought that was possible but now when mine is annoying I ignore it and it goes away. Up to a month ago there was no way I could do that!

I just noticed right now that my tinnitus is gone, or barely perceptible. I haven't done anything different.

I'm sure it will come back. But even plugging my ears and listening for it, I can't hear it. WEIRD.

This is the first time in months that this has happened.
