I only have the low-pitched hum in my left ear, and I get pain behind my left eye and sometimes the feeling of vibrations in my left eye.

For a while I thought I was the only one who got feelings like this when their low-pitched tinnitus starts.

I recently noticed other people on this site have similar low-pitched tinnitus that also goes away when exposed to noise.

      Do you have anything similar?

My tinnitus is high pitched as well. It varies in intensity. When I get what feels like a skipped beat in my heart, it stops for just a second.
