Please Help — Blocked Feeling

In addition to tinnitus, I feel something like pressure from down to up, inside of my ear.

I have it always, but it's very low and my tinnitus is low too.

Sometimes (when I'm in cars or trains) my ears are very full.

When my ears are blocked, I pop my ears, and then my hearing increases and my tinnitus reduces.

This blocked feeling annoys me too much. Could anyone give reason of that and how can I manage that?

Eustation tube dysfunction could be the cause and a nasil spray off your doctor can help if it's that.
Could be mucous build up and steam inhalation could help.

Can the aural fullness be directly related to hearing loss itself? my esrs are always full of pressure but they won't pop no matter what I do and I have had my ears examined by a doctor for allergies and fluid to no avail.
