I've tried to look on the forum for similar experiences, but did not find any. So sorry for yet an other question.

To keep it short, did anyone ever "plop" his or her ears loudly by accident by the little flap with your fingers and letting it lose too fast? I've noticed happens easier when there is some moist in my ear.

I had quite a loud one a couple days ago, and I feel (hard to tell) it influenced my tinnitus for the worse.

It's impossible to tell how loud this can be, does anyone have an idea, could things like this be damaging?

As always, lot's of thanks for your insights in these things.

I know what you mean, I've done it before. It's quite unpleasant it never caused any damage to the tinnitus.

I think you are overthinking, doubt it's that loud.

It's a bit like removing an earplug too fast I guess. Guess it's fine but my T seems a bit louder.
      Moist ears also doesn't help.

It has happened to me multiple times as well, but it never caused a permanent spike. :)

      Good to hear!
It was rather clumsy, normally I do it much slower and more carefull, guess alcohol doesn't always help.
