I have an internal tremor or vibrating sensation in the back of my head.

I'm wondering if anyone else has that too?

Anxiety most likely. My arse cheek vibrated for a few months. Seriously.

      It went away eventually.

I believe you for sure. I've had unsettling (to say the least) vibrations all over the place, from my ears, head, mouth, throat, heart, solar plexis, etc. Thankfully, it's markedly improved since those first few months.

Was not expecting the overall response to be yes. Awesome, there's hope it's just anxiety, started a week after tinnitus :)
