I took inulin for a couple of days and my sleep improved but my tinnitus shot through the roof. Anyone else used inulin?
Have you tried it more than once? I´ve got it prescribed and have taken 2 pills. I dont know if i dare to continue.
Probiotics make my tinnitus rage for some reason. I just did test these past couple of days with a probiotic and my tinnitus jumped.
That's curious. Which brand were you using? When I was on the one from NOW Foods, my tinnitus was normal I guess. But this new one I bought from 21th Century has some stuff like whey and inulin.
I couldn't take any pills because that definitely made my tinnitus rage but but now I tried non-fat Yakult drinks.
How long have the spikes usually lasted? I am stopping the new probiotic after the spike that started yesterday.
How bizarre, I’ve been thinking the same, but thought it was just me. I’m on long term antibiotics so have been taking Probiotics for my gut, but noticed they give me a huge spike. I left them off for a week and no spikes! Ironic as they are supposed to help. Saying that, Ginkgo biloba gives me spikes as well!
I gave up the other one with inulin and whey and I am back to the NOW Foods one (doesn't have inulin nor whey). No issues with it I think.
