Pressing a Vein in My Neck Causes My Ear to Vibrate with My Heartbeat?

      My ear to vibrate with my heartbeat??? Had tinnitus for a few months and I just now realized that if I lean my head back and press on what I THINK is my jugular on my right side, my right ear seems to vibrate with my heartbeat. It doesn't happen on the left side and it doesn't affect the high pitched tone, but is this normal?

      Meniere's Disease
      It will be your Carotid Artery and picking up your pulse as close to your middle ear.
