      Hi guys,

I was just wondering could poor blood circulation be the cause of my tinnitus or at least make it worse? I spend a lot of time sitting by a desk and hardly exercise. I noticed that my feet are normally very cold also. When I'm out walking, running or being active I have noticed that my tinnitus tends to be almost unnoticeable. Could this just be because I have had my mind off it for a while?
      What do you all think?

Happy New year to you all!

      Nathan

It's possible. Ginkgo Biloba is supposed to help circulation, and there are some reports of people getting improvements with it, so it may be something to consider.
