What does it sound like for you and which sounds get distorted?

Now I'm confused. This is not TTTS? I have a thump like morse code, it happens a few times and then comes and goes.

Mine is not reactive to sound, but more to neck movements.

Sounds like beeping Morse code. I get it from fridge sounds, A/C, rubbing, water, stuff like that. When it’s bad I hear it off everything. It’s definitely improved. It was horrible last year. My noxacusis is the issue now.

Well if you actually feel something moving in your ear with the sound, it's TTTS. The cochlea can produce all sorts of crazy sounds too.
