Started about 5 weeks ago, it was quite loud and now it has got better, don't know why but I do work at a Banquet hall, really loud music. It gets way louder with headphones on, and its only in the right ear. You guys think it's permanent? I'm 16 years old.

Nobody can tell you if it's permanent or not, but what most people will agree with is that loud music/noise isn't going to make it any better.
Keep your ears away from loud sounds/noises.
Your T will likely continue improving.

Thank you so much for your reply, do you recommend any ear plugs for loud music? I do work in a banquet hall with very loud music.

The best would be to avoid loud noise altogether.
If that's not possible, then an attenuation device like ear muffs or ear plugs is probably a good idea.

If you start protecting your ears from loud noises, it will probably be temporary. If you continue being exposed to loud noises, it will most likely get louder and eventually become permanent.
