      Tinnitus Since:
      Over 10 years
      Cause of Tinnitus:
Likely airflow by ears on motorcycles for 45 years
After 2 recent spinal surgeries my neurosurgeon prescribed Neurontin for my sensations in my legs that has kept me from sleep and comfort when awake.

To my amazement my nearly debilitating ear ringing I've been plagued with for years is nearly gone. It recently had gotten to where I had the TV volume nearly wide open. I had trouble understanding people talking to me.

Am I crazy? Could this drug really do that or is it likely my surgeries? I don't know but I am so happy I wanted to share this with others who suffer.

Well , it contains gabapentin which I think is known for sometimes lessening tinnitus.
However it is also known for being quite ototoxic.
I gather you are still on the drug ?
