I just turned 18 this week and i have this ringing in my left ear for 1 month and 1 week now
I was listening to music with my headphone and suddenly i heard a hard beep . the day after it changed to ringing normally ı don't hear ıt but when its quiet i hear ıt its really irritating .
I can't sleep because of ıt .
I taught it wıll go away after a day of two so ı didn't go the doctor right away.
3 weeks later i decided to go to a hospital i was on holiday at that moment
İ did a hearing test and i had no hearing loss or something.
today 2 weeks later i still hear that same ringıng in my left ear however the ringıng lowerd a bitt.
Will my ringıng ever go away and what do i need to do because i can't live with ıt .
