Rosen Method — More Quack Science?

My family has recently suggested this for me to help my chronic health issues and hearing and T problems.

I am curious as to whether anyone has heard of this method and has seen results for treating tinntius, or whether it is baloney (sounds like meditation, hypnosis, or talk therapy).

In theory, I could see it helping other tinnitus sufferers because it eliminates the anxiety factor, but insofar as treating organic disorders I don't know...

Briefly looking at it...yeah it's not legit. I mean for the relaxation and meditation it seems to be fine, but hoping that it will cure anything is a pipe dream.
