Safe to Go to Bowling Alley?

      I have a high pitched tinnitus and would it be ok to go to a bowling alley?

      loud noise and very bad sickness
      IF I went, I'd put ear plugs in my ears, i know that much....

      To me, the balls dropping and hitting pins is loud....

      All I have is Swimming ear Plugs? Does Walmart sell Ear Plugs?

      You can find foam earplugs in pharmacies. Only wear them if you feel the sound is really loud.

      And I think you don't need them, except if the bowling venue plays loud music. But take them with you just in case.
