I'm on day 3 of a very severe tinnitus spike which seemed to come on right after I opened my mouth wide and jutted my jaw forward.
Does anyone have any explanation for why this might have happened and could I have done permanent damage?
Currently my tinnitus is at suicide levels and I really don't know how this could have been caused by modulating my jaw.
Any advice or explanation would be very much appreciated.
