Would like to know if going to sleep late or early increases or decreases volume of tinnitus. Also do you wear earplugs at all times even at home?

Bad idea to use earplugs at night, silence is not very good for us tinnitus/hyperacusis people.

Dont think they asked about wearing ear plugs when sleeping at night. Think it was a question as to whether to wear earplugs at home or not.
Also asked separate question re whether sleeping late or early makes any difference to T.
Sorry but to clarify the author's question.
