Cause of Tinnitus
not sure, but probably acoustic trauma
including this tinnitus s**t. And I thought my other problems were bad, until I got tinnitus.

Man, never felt so bad in decades. I don't even know myself how the hell I am pulling it off.

I try not to freak out, but it's really hard. I have gone through bad times before, but never so bad.

I have never cried about my other health problems, which were bad enough. The tears would stop before reaching the surface. But since this trouble started, I feel like I'd cry like a baby.

All the best to all of you

If you are socially isolated then probably this is not the best place for you to come. It's really isolating you even more. What you need are real humans to socialise with and communicate. I'm not saying that we are not real humans here, but it's just not the same when you cannot see us and have no true idea who we are.
If you have a choice - find some humans. If you for some reason have no choice, that's stink. I hope things change for you soon for the better.

You are truly a darling. Thank you so much for the kind offer. If it gets really too bad I will phone you. I had to do it with the Samaritans a couple months ago, I truly felt miserable. I am trying to take it as well as I can, but I also feel a lot of really negative emotions.

Thank you so much again. Be well.

If you ever need help or have any questions, I'd be more than willing to help.

I have had 10/10 tinnitus and severe hyperacusis. I made it through and so can you.

All the best,

Danny Boy
