Had my hearing checked today- it is okay but both of my ears do not respond to high level frequencies. The ENT believes this is the cause and not any SSRI meds. His advice was to improve the circulation thru the nerves with Garlic. Salmon Oil, Vit D3 & B12 & C complex. He mentioned I would be a good candidate with Neuro treatment but it was up to me. he said in a months time taking the supplements could make the T much more manageable. Any advice?

They may help, they may not? but they won't do you any harm!! i was taking Magnesium, Zinc, Niacin, Thiamin, Ginko Biloba but i have stopped taking them lately as i didn't really think they were helping me. The only supplements i have continued with are the ones my ENT prescribed me, they are called Audio vit so for now that is all i take, and 10 mgs of Melatonin at night for sleep, good luck ...
