Sound Exposure to Reduce Hyperacusis

That's what I am doing. I can't bear generators so I am trying to live a normal life. I work at home so have control. I limit PC work, I have a radio in some rooms, I watch tv in an evening fairly low volume, music on the tv is bad so I often turn it down. I can't watch shows with music, clapping cheering. I have a clock by the bed. I walk away when boiling my kettle as it is 80db. I go out in my car a short ride each day, go in one or two shops and come home. I don't use earplugs except for hair drying. I also take long country walks away from traffic.I also use magnesium spray and eat a lot of magnesium foods. I have done this for 2 months. I am seeing improvement as back then I could not bear my own voice. Now I talk normally and enjoy conversation.
