      Hey guys.
I wanted to go to a clinic for my tinnitus but unfortunately in my country there aren’t any places I can go to. I’ve asked many doctors and no one was able to help me.

So I started searching online and I found lots of sound therapy on YouTube and I wanted to ask if someone tried it? Does it really help?

Studies show that there is a certain percentage of patients who can be helped by it. It has to be targeted to your frequency though, so it has to be custom built for you (unless you happen to have the exact same frequency as the one listed on YouTube).

I tried it for awhile. Just makes it worse. I agree with the rest that it probaly needs to be customized by a specialist.

      Sound therapy is USELESS.
