      Hi fellas :)

      These days I sleep just fine. Last night however, the tinnitus decided to be a real bitch. It was persistent and obnoxious, made me tense, and just as I was about to fall asleep this tension snapped me right back awake. Was tossing and turning until 2AM. Thankfully the T has abated back to baseline by the morning. Hopefully it won't visit me again this night.

      I ate some real salty&sugary&fatty McDonald's food just before going to sleep, plus my relationship ended just a few days ago, plus there's much uncertainty at work. How nice of Mr T to also throw a hissy fit. :)

      Cheers...

      @hans799,
      I hate spikes and I am sorry you are experiencing one. The relationship and work problems you are dealing with can cause sleep deprivation, even without the spiking. I hope your situation improves soon. Hang in there.
