Hi, I recently started noticing a sound in one ear that can be best described, for those familiar with band instruments (I played the flute), as the sound that occurs when the pads on the underside of the keys get sticky and need to be replaced. I hear this sound only when I jump up and down or sometimes when I move my head fast. As far as I know, I don't have fluid in my ear and I don't have any problems equalizing my eustacian tubes (as I've been doing mHBOT treatments without an issue).

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?
