I don't know if this is the right section, sowwie :c
Well I joined in December and that was the time I was starting 'therapy' o:
Now apparently all this is because of stress (family problems...)
I got this letter telling me how to cope with tinnitus and it was telling me things I already new.
Well a social worker and teachers have come into it but I still don't feel too happy
What can I do? :c (well what a young teen can do cause it's not like I can just walk out of the house) xD

I'm not a doctor or anything. But I've had T since the stone age.
When you notice your T, don't measure it, don't try to wish it away, don't get emotional. Say to yourself, "I hear it, I'm walking, I'm not frightened... or... I am frightened ... or whatever your true state of mind is.
In other words - Don't measure your T, measure your RESPONSE to it. You'll be carving new pathways in your brain.. I think...I'm not a doctor.
      But this does help.

He means pay attention to how you react not to how loud your t is. It's good advice that helped me when I was struggling.
