      Ear infection
Hello, I have had tinnitus for 3 months, from an ear infection. Over the course of the 3 months I have visited an ENT that has concluded no hearing loss. My tinnitus has been all over the place pretty much changing frequency and noises every few days.

About an hour ago I stood up from my desk and I had a very loud spike for about 5 seconds followed by now aural fullness. I can't tell if my hearing is muffled because my ear feels very full.

I'm going to an ENT regardless tomorrow, but is this something I should be worried about or is it normal? I'm a little bit worried about SSHL (Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss).
