Suppressive Effects of Goshajinkigan on Tinnitus

Just received my package. Will start taking it 3 times a day and see what happens.

 

I don't like how we have to find our own cures. It's ridiculous that in 2022 this is what it comes to. I wish you all the best sincerely.

I would be tempted to say it does have an impact taking the edge off, but I have been doing a lot of things at the same time to mitigate the tinnitus like exercise, sleeping more etc. I have had a couple of more quiet days, but I don’t want to give people false hope. I will keep taking it and report back. Also, I need to be more disciplined in taking it regularly.

How does Goshajinkigan work? Does it affect blood flow like Ginkgo biloba?

 

I think it's a blend of different things. Given that I'm approaching month 3 of my spike, I'm eager to try it and will report back!

 

In my case, it seems to help a bit but it’s hard to say. Might be the placebo effect. Exercise, especially interval training, has a much bigger impact for me. It’s a bit expensive since it needs to be ordered from Asia, and honestly in my case I will not order more. Might be worth a try for some people though, every tinnitus is different.

 

I haven't finished the 1.5 months worth of tablets, I stopped after about 3-4 weeks. It hasn't worked for me.
