      12/2015 - 3/2016
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Multiple: anxiety, childhood ear infections, loud music
      Hi friends,

      Still relatively new to the forum and to tinnitus.

      I'm so grateful to have found so many wonderful, caring, supportive people on here. You've been hugely helpful for me!

      I've decided to take a break from browsing and posting on the forum for a time. I think it will be beneficial for my habituation to avoid reading about tinnitus for a while. ;-)

      See you in a few weeks!
