Whenever I put ear protectors on, or lie on the right side of my head I get a blocked ear, back molar pain, a dull pain on the side of my head. I'm fairly sure this is related to the temporal muscle? I have done the MRI, CT scan, physio, dentist... no help.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Could there be something wrong with my temporal muscle? Could the SCM muscles in the neck be playing a part?
